Ci Vediamo

YOU don't expect to come across something as stylish as this in the heart of a ski resort... particularly in Spain. But Ci Vediamo has that certain mixture of panache and verve to really stand out among the other restaurants in the Sierra Nevada.

Set up by chef/owner Stevie Silva, he learnt how to cook from his close friend Sergio, who has worked at a string of Michelin-starred restaurants, including Cafe de Paris in Malaga and San Celoni in Madrid.

Also a professional snowboarder he has a great range of light bites, and a brand new pizza oven. There are fabulous mini 'gambas pil pil' hamburgers and a lot of the classics such as raclette and provolone with tomato.

The wine list is surprisingly good and the sommelier, in particular, one of the nicest chaps in the whole resort. Enjoy.
