THERE are not many places in Andalucia where you can get Frog's Legs (Ancas de Rana). And it is surprising to discover that it is actually a typical Seville dish and was extremely popular back in the 1970s.
At Tribeca they come in truffle oil and pea froth, and like everything at this temple of fine food, they are a tour de force. Named after the fashionable New York suburb, Tribeca in Seville is anything but.
Stuck in an obscure location, best located by a taxi, it sits at the foot of a big nondescript tower block somewhere in the Seville suburbs. That aside, it is easily the most exciting restaurant in a city, rather known for its conservative tastes and ways.
